“ What a fun place. How did I not know about it sooner; was surprised when bartender informed us they'd been in business for eight years. Had some very tasty and suitably spicy wings in the dazzling displayed bar. Was not there for a movie but happy to see that what was playing (Anora) was sold out! Movies are coining back thanks to Spota like the Syndicate. And I'll be back here to catch a movie next time. ”

“ Oh my goodness!! There is so much to share! I'll start with the space, it is absolutely gorgeous and intimate; the signs upon entry are super nostalgic. The eating space was wonderfully designed with booths, wall sconces, an amazing bar centerpiece and wonderful flicks playing on the walls as you take the space in. I personally prefer retro films and indie productions, so this felt like the perfect fit! The food inside is ordered using index cards which I loved and found a bit quirky. My date and I got the burger with fries, the bbq pork sliders, the fried mozzarella and the fig lemonade. I didn't try the burger personally but heard that the taste was not as desired (and my date LOVES burgers). I felt the sliders were just okay (4/10); I wish there was more bbq sauce on the side because the meat was bit dry. However, the fig lemonade was delicious and the fried mozzarella was so delicious!! I would go back to get 2 orders of them next time. Even with those minor things, I loved this place and I will be doing back very very soon!! ”

“ This is a very cool theater and bar. The theater itself is quite small and they prefer to play small indie and retro films instead of contemporary blockbusters. Food and drink are served in the theater using order cards. The food is good, the bar is huge, and they choose fun titles to screen. This is great for a large or small group, or even just solo if you're looking to meet people. It's a neighborhood spot you just keep coming back to somehow. ”

“ What an awesome place. We walked over from our hotel looking for a place to eat. Place was packed and had such good energy. Bartenders were super chill and friendly. Food was pretty decent and the drinks were on point. Seems like the have lots of events that go on there so if you're local to NY it's definitely a place to swing by and try out. ”

“ Amazing food especially for a bar! The ingredients all tasted extremely fresh and god quality. The staff both in the theater and bar were kind and fast as well! The place has lots of seating and was clean and comfortable. Really encouraged going to a movie here, it's small and intimate but you get your own little booth. Will be coming back! ”

“ This is such a cool place! I love that you can get a drink and a bite to eat while watching old time movies. Or, you can choose to go to their theatre and watch a movie and eat. The lounge part is big and beautiful. The seating consists of tables and booths. I met two of my friends there and we sat in a booth. I love that they had a mocktail menu. I ordered the hibiscus mule. I really enjoyed it. My friends enjoyed their drinks as well. I was also pleased that they had non alcoholic beer. For food we ordered cauliflower wings off of the happy hour menu, fried pickles, and loaded fries. The apps were good. I would love to try a full entree maybe next time. I am honestly not sure if when I will go next because I live in queens and Brooklyn is a trek. ”

“ Solid. Leaving drinks for some brooklynites heading west to Colorado. Good drinks and snacks. Fried pickles were a hit (we got 4 plates). Not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. Kind service. Definitely a good neighborhood spot. There's a theater and it looked like they serve food to you as well. ”
